Mr. Sutton's knowledge of the real estate market in Arizona is extensive. My wife and I have used Mr. Sutton on three home purchases and four home sales between 2009 and 2021. We were never disappointed. Regarding our sales we had offers within one day of our homes going on the MLS. On our last sale Mr. Sutton was able to get us $55,100 over asking price in less than one day (we thought we might have listed our home too high). When buying homes Mr. Sutton quickly learned what we were looking for and what would be deal breakers. Mr. Sutton would pre-screen homes so as not to waste our time and the buying process was always seamless. It's too bad we can only give Mr. Sutton five stars....we think he is a ten!
